JSC “Slavneft-YANOS” awarded the best young efficiency innovators

JSC "Slavneft-YANOS" finalized the results of the annual competition "The best efficiency improvement proposal among the young specialists" for the year 2015. Having reviewed technical descriptions and economic justifications of 17 projects developed with participation of the young efficiency innovators and based on the effective verifiable criteria the competent jury defined the best technical proposals on the three traditional thematic areas.

 

In the "Production" nomination, the efficiency improvement proposal "Scheme of hydrogen supply for catalyst reduction at Reforming units L-35/11, LG-35/11" was acknowledged as the best. It was developed by the young specialist of Catalytic production facilities Dmitriy Soloviev in cooperation with the Head of the Workshop Evgeniy Kapustin and his Deputy, Oleg Gogulin.

 

In "Energy Engineering" nomination the project "Mounting of the frequency controllers on the electric motors of Reactor units air coolers" was acknowledged as the best. The authors of this proposal are young efficiency innovators Sergey Perov, Andrey Pelevin, Alexander Sokolov, they worked in cooperation with their older colleague, Mechanic of L-24/6 Diesel Fuel Hydrotreatment unit, Alexander Fedorov.

 

In the nomination "Environment protection, industrial safety" the committee acknowledged that the efficiency improvement proposal "Back-up scheme of the recycle water to sulfide containing effluents regeneration unit of Sulfur Production unit at Workshop #5" was the best. It was developed by the Head of the Workshop on new units construction and its commissioning into operation Viktor Znaemov and his Deputy Alexey Voinov in cooperation with the Head and Mechanic of Elementary Sulfur Production and sulfide containing effluents regeneration unit Alexey Egorov and Evgeniy Vasenin.  

Long-term experience of holding such competition demonstrates that the majority of efficiency improvement proposals submitted for the jury evaluation further finds successful implementation in the process scheme of Refinery production facilities and leads to the sufficient economical effect.
